A complete list of what's in a WizKit:

All of the items are professionally built to your brand specifications and displayed within your WizKit ribbon.

 

The exact content depends on the type of WizKit, branding, sales, CMS front end, etc. and what items you require, but most WizKit's would normally include most of items listed below.

 

WizKit items for use within PowerPoint:

General templates, tools, libraries, themes, help files etc:

A collection of branded multi-page templates within a New Document tool, image slide libraries (approximately one thousand slides), Map libraries (approximately one hundred slides), Guidance and Help Guide, Style Guide, Insert Agenda Text tool (it can insert any type of Agenda, simple or a complex hyperlinked version etc.), Insert Slide tool, Insert Title Slide tool, Insert Chart tool, Insert Diagram tool, Insert Logo tool, Insert Icon tool, Mark as Draft tool, Mark as Confidential tool, Set Footer tool (including company name and reg. details), Sync to Tablet/iPad/iPhone tool, Sync to Any Cloud tool, Display Layout Grid tool, Reset Slide tool, one-click apply Chart Style Theme (one for each type of MS chart, approximately 75), one-click apply Text Styles (e.g. Title, Subtitle, Body copy, sub heading, similar to Word styles, approximately 50 styles), one-click apply Font Style Theme (Switches the entire document's fonts theme, e.g. from custom fonts to standard fonts, etc.), one-click apply Colour Theme (applies a colour palette to the entire document), one-click apply Document Theme (applies the complete brand, fonts, colours, layout etc, to a document), your complete range of named brand colours and tints within a colour menu in the WizKit ribbon (unlimited number of colours and tints).

 

Automatic Brand Checkers:

Programmed with and checks all your company’s brand rules, legal word checks and risk management issues.
The user clicks the ‘Check’ button and the whole presentation - slide-by-slide, object-by-object, word-by-word - is checked to detect if any slide is even slightly off-brand and then automatically corrects it with a click of a button.

We have a proven track record that this is one of the most used tools, always in the top ten items for every company!

The items checked depends on you brand, also we can create new rules and fixes if required. The following are the currently included basic rules and fixes;

Colours rules and fixes; use of colour and tints with all presentation elements and text, use of colours and tints within charts, the sequence and order of colours within chart data segments, the colour of all other chart elements, the colours within the documents colour theme, the number of colour themes used, the number of colours used with a object, the use of gradient colours, the use of colour effects, the use of tint colours, the colour contrast between foreground text colour and background text (to ensure a minimum level of legibility).

Fonts and text rules and fixes; which fonts are used, which weights of fonts, the size of titles text, the size of body copy text, the size of other text, the font size of footer text, the number of bullet points used, the number of words used per slide, the title text case (Upper, Lower, Sentence Case), the body copy text case (Upper, Lower, Sentence Case), if Sentence Case has been used anywhere in the document, if bullet points begin with an upper or lower case letter, if bullet points end with a full stop, the bullet symbol used for bullet points, the size of bullet point symbol, the colour of bullet point symbol, the gap between the bullet point symbol and the text (and if the gap is proportional to the font size e.g. 1 x height between them), the level indent that the bullet points begin on.

Layouts, logos, slide elements rules and fixes; that all default text boxes are in the correct position, that all footer area boxes are in the correct position, that the correct font sizes or range of size has been used with all default text boxes, if any presentation elements has been place on top of or too near to any of the logos.

Charts; the use of the correct colours and tints, sequence of colours and tints, specific colours for specific objects e.g. grey axis, the use of axis vertical and horizontal and their weight and colour, the use of grid lines vertical and horizontal and their weight and colour, the use of chart titles their position and colour and size, if the source has been shown.

Legal, word/text, copyright rules and fixes; check for banned words or phrases (e.g. we promise, we always deliver, we guarantee, etc.), missing trade marks or copyright symbols on your trade names, commonly misused terms or abbreviations e.g. pwc or PwC instead of PricewaterhouseCoopers when followed by any legal terms, (this can be a list containing hundreds or thousands of items), is the company name correct, is the copyright year correct, is there any hidden comments, is there any speaker notes, is there any meta data text, is there a confidential level displayed.

Out of date or old brand items rules and fixes; the Brand Checker tool can be programmed with digital fingerprints of hundreds or thousands of items, that are out of date, or part of the old brand, or relate to people or items that should no longer be used. The Brand Checker will scan for these and alert the user.

 

Extended Colour Palette in templates (appears with the Microsoft menus):

This option adds a whole new section in all the Microsoft contextual colour menus, showing  up to 50 additional brand custom colours and tints, each with a custom named tooltip. This is in addition to, and appears next to, the standard colour options in Office menus (e.g. one row of ten custom colours, followed by five rows of ten Microsoft tints).

 

WizKit items for use within Word:

General templates, tools, libraries, themes, help files etc:

A section of the ribbon can hold all your Word templates, stationary templates, pitch documents etc. These can be created by you or us, as preferred.  There is no limit on the number of templates that can be stored, they can easily be arranged into  group and sub-groups, that appear as dropdown menu items. Along with any supporting guidance and help. Also included and produced by us are one-click apply Chart Style Theme (one for each type of MS chart, approximately 75), one-click apply Font Style Theme (Switches the entire document's fonts theme, e.g. from custom fonts to standard fonts, etc.), one-click apply Colour Theme (applies a colour palette to the entire document), one-click apply Document Theme (applies the complete brand, fonts, colours, layout etc, to a document), your complete range of named brand colours and tints within a colour menu in the WizKit ribbon (unlimited number of colours and tints).

WizKit supporting included items:

Installer -'WizKit Addin Loader.exe' and 'WizKit Addin Unloader.exe':

This is a one-click loader/unloader (installer/uninstaller), which anyone can use, because the WizKit only uses native Office Addins (PowerPoint, Word and Excel, e.g. .PPAM), which do not require Admin rights to install, even on locked corporate systems - Guaranteed!

 

Automatic updaters: - 'Synchroniser.exe':

The WizKit Synchroniser automatically keeps up-to-date all the user’s local WizKit files (e.g. templates, tools, sales material etc.). From one easily managed master copy of files held on any web enabled server. Keeping the files on the user's local computer, ensures they are always usable in-or-out of the office, on-or-offline.

 

WizKit user online log:

This captures the user's details, location, recent updates and which files they have used. And, give an overview and breakdown of these, so example, a month by month breakdown of which files have been used and how often, the total number of users broken down by countries, etc. Also, detailed troubleshooting information about each user.

 

Unlimited user licence:

WizKit projects include an unlimited no-quibble software licence, for anyone working for your company, or on behalf of your company e.g. design agencies, remote or shared sales staff, etc.

 

A one year ‘aftercare service’ is included:

Ongoing aftercare for one year is also included, for the project administrator and/or IT department, to deal with any teething problems, bugs, amends etc.
