WizKit Lock & Track Regulatory tool for PowerPoint

The WizKit Lock & Track Regulatory tool is designed for companies that must adhere to regulatory controls on product or service information within presentations.
It is designed to give an authorised users in PowerPoint the ability to lock presentational elements such as text, charts, diagrams, slides or whole presentations, preventing other employees from changing the product or service descriptions, but leaving the rest of the PowerPoint document unlocked.

Allowing a company's client facing employees to pull together a client proposal or presentation tailored to the clients requirements, without the possibility of changing any regulatory text.

Tracking, the locked elements are permanently combined with an off-screen warning box, detailing why it is locked, contact and copyright details, published and expiry dates. Even when taken out of the PowerPoint presentation and used elsewhere this message box remains permanently combined with the locked elements.

Metadata, the locked elements are tagged with copyright details, published and expiry dates, as is the entire presentation, allowing them to be easily tracked and found in a server wide search for the documents. This metadata is also permanently combined with the locked elements and visible if the PowerPoint presentations is saved as a PDF.

Expiry dates, the locked elements are tagged with published and expiry dates. The WizKit Brand & Legal Checker will automatically check every object within a presentation and alert the user if any out-of-date information has been used.

Output as locked PowerPoint or tamper-proof PDF, once the PowerPoint presentation is complete, it can be saved as a locked PowerPoint presentation, or as a PDF with improved tamper-proof and tracking features.
